Service Description

This class is designed to increase physical strength includes light hand weights for additional upper body strength, core strengthening exercises, and also a little cardio to strengthen that heart muscle! We will concentrate on strengthening and toning the legs, glutes, abdominal, and arm muscles. A total body workout!
