~Trust in Yourself~

For most people, the feeling of trust depends on whether other people do and say what you expect of them.  But if you've been let down you know how fragile this kind of trust can be. Beyond this conventional understanding of trust, there exists a form of trust rooted in an unchanging core of consciousness. By connecting with this unchanging essence, we find clarity, confidence, and a profound trust in our own judgment and resilience.

If we don't look for this inner trust and strength in ourselves, we can mistakenly believe an outside authority can provide it to us. Relying on or trusting others to protect or save you, claiming they have the strength and intelligence you don't have, can weaken your belief in your own capabilities and self-reliance. When hope and trust are grounded in the true self you don't need to look outside yourself for direction or strength. By believing in yourself, trusting your intuition, and connecting to your self awareness (core consciousness), you regain your power and instill confidence in your ability to create and define who you are. This allows you to trust in life because you trust in yourself. Trust that you know what's best for you, and I hope that includes keeping your body moving and enjoying doing so!
