~Integrating Healthy Habits~

As we grow and learn, we become aware of various practices that can help us move forward in our lives in a meaningful way. These practices such as moving our bodies, (yoga, tai chi, walking, running, my class ), meditation, breathwork, maintaining a healthy diet, gratitude, journaling, getting enough sleep, setting aside time for hobbies, and fostering positive relationships, reflect our evolving understanding and priorities in life. Once we discover the practices that are 'right' for us, it's important to integrate them into our daily routine. I often feel like I know what I need to do to foster personal growth, enhance my resilience and just feel good, but I don't carve out the time to integrate these practices into my everyday schedule. Knowing what to do is simple enough, but putting them into action is the real challenge. When these habits become ingrained and a part of our daily routine, whether they are focused on improving our health, reducing stress, or increasing productivity and energy, they can have a profound effect on our overall well-being. By making these practices a regular part of our lives, we can lay the foundation for a happier, healthier existence.

How you manage this is really up to you, but from my experience, if you have the determination and a true desire to promote positive change, you will surely find a way to integrate the practices that resonate with you into your life.

Remember movement helps clear the micro kinks or blocks in our system and allows us to be more open to change and flow more freely, so this is a good way to start. Just sayin'....
