A fun low impact class, that includes a complete dance warm-up, and simple add on choreography. Dance style changes every month to keep it exciting! Examples include soul, funk, reggae, Irish, disco, funk, country and more!

A fun, friendly class incorporating the pilates fundamentals of increasing core strength & stability, improving posture, and injury prevention. Fused with flow yoga based movement aimed at mindfully transitioning from pose to pose, linking movement to the breath, and stretching & strengthening the body.
Strengthen and Tone

Pilates/Yoga Fusion class with the addition of Qigong, one of the 5 branches of Chinese medicine. The flowing movements of Qigong are designed to promote health, longevity, balance, relaxation, awareness, and well-being.

This class is designed to increase physical strength and includes light hand weights for additional upper body strength, core strengthening exercises, and also a little cardio to strengthen that heart muscle! We will concentrate on strengthening and toning the legs, glutes, abdominal, and arm muscles. A total body workout!
ABOUT ME
Annie
I am passionate about all forms of dance and movement, wellness, being a mother, a grandmother, and a wife, travel, nature, photography, and the pursuit of being a good human.
I have a seeking spirit, so I actively work to expand my knowledge exploring different modalities such as Yoga, Pilates, Qigong, mindfulness, and Herbal medicine.
I have danced professionally, received certifications and have a University degree in Performing Arts. I have lived and worked on the East and West coasts of America, and also here in the UK, twice. I have decades of experience as a teacher, and consider it one of my gifts. If I can teach a class that inspires people to feel the joy of movement and music, and reap the benefits, then I feel I have created some value.
I am currently teaching at Innovation Studios in Ealing, and now also in the virtual realm, like so many others! I hope this website will not only be a place to book my classes, but also a place to explore new ideas, thoughts, and information as I embark on this new phase of my existence.
